Student Development Program

Various Government of India Scholarships and Andhra Pradesh Government Scholarships are given to SC/ST/BC students as per the rules. National Merit Scholarships are also given.

• Gold Medal

Sri D.K. Audikesavulu , Founder & Chairman of SITAMS has announced Gold Medals for toppers in all the branches in memory of his beloved parents Smt. Rukmani and Sri. Krishnaswamy.

• Smt.Rangaramma Garu Merit – cum – means Scholarships

This has been instituted by Dr.A.Kuppurajulu, Former Dean of Academic courses and Professor of IIT, Madras and Professor Emeritus of AICTE, in memory of his beloved mother Smt. Rangamma. A sum of Rs.1 lakh is deposited in the Vysya Bank, Chittoor. Interest accruing out of this utilized for awarding Merit –cum-means Scholarship to a deserving student with best academic performance.

• Personality Development Programmes

Personality development programmes are being conducted regularly in the college with two periods for week. Under this programme, the concepts like Tips for Interviews, Group Discussion Skills, Study and Time Management, Memory Skills, Brain Storming and Creativity are imparted to B.Tech students.

• Study hours for weak students

Our college conducts Study hours after college i.e. 4:15 PM to 5:45 PM every day for academically weak students in order to improve their performance in the University examinations.
